God hears you. Receive God’s grace and healing

October 29, 2017 Reading Time: < 1 minute

If God doesn’t send sickness and disease into our lives, why are so many Christians sick and suffering? Jesus gives us the answer: He wants to give us abundantly in all areas of our lives (including health); the devil is the destroyer and the thief (John 10:10). How can the devil rob us? By picking up and constantly thinking about the doubts, anxieties and worries the devil puts into our minds. God wants to help. The devil wants to destroy.

Psalm 34:15

God wants to help pull you out of despair and hopelessness

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry” (Psalm 34:15; NIV)

As a Jesus-sheep, you do not come crawling on your knees, full of fear and doubtful uncertainty, to God. Instead, you come with joyful confidence to the throne of grace (where your Jesus sits next to God) to receive all the necessary help (Hebrews 4:16).

Realize that, thanks to Jesus, you are perfectly righteous and holy before God (Colossians 1:22). There is no longer any obstacle between you and your Heavenly Father. This is the Good News (Gospel).

Ask, therefore, to receive and receive God’s full help. “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16; NIV)

See yourself with the same health as Jesus. See yourself in the unblemished glory of Jesus. See in yourself with Jesus’ health. “because as he is, so are we in this world.” (1 John 4:17; KJV)
