Thanks to Jesus, you are righteous before God. And God helps the righteous

Righteous before God through Jesus

Followers of man-made religion who lie to people, saying that a person can become righteous before God through the commandments, and thus lead them away from Jesus, have no idea what great burden of guilt they are putting on themselves (Mark 9:42).

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (Jesus in John 14:6; NIV)

Do not let yourself be led away from Jesus

Only by believing in the finished work of Jesus for us, and not by the law, we can become righteous before God (Galatians 2:16). Do not go another way. Because help from God is given to the righteous. How do you seek help if you are not righteous to God because you stand on two cold stone tablets instead of standing in the hot Holy Spirit of Mercy through Jesus?

  • What’s the Good News of the Gospel?
  • How do you get saved, according to the Bible?

“The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord; he is their stronghold in time of trouble. The Lord helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him.” (Psalm 37:39-40; NIV)

We “know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in[a] Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified.” (Galatians 2:16; NIV)

Realize that Jesus completely reconciled you to God. You belong to the family (John 1:12). You stand in God’s righteousness, in His care and protection. Do not put yourself outside by picking up and thinking about doubt and fear thoughts that will lead you out of grace.
