Why can you expect the best from God?
“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord. ‘They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.'” (God in Jeremiah 29:11; NLT)
And if it takes a while? God’s timetable is always better than ours. So let us trust our God. Our God, who tells us, “If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.”(God in Habakkuk 2:3; NLT)
