Not only protection, but also long life
In Psalm 91, God not only assures you of comprehensive protection, so that nothing happens to you, but He also assures you a long life:
“With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” (God in Psalm 91, verse 16; NIV)Do you believe God’s promises?
God doesn’t sit in heaven with a mercy watering can for everyone and everything, but His protection and His blessing are for those who believe in Him (“‘Because he loves me,’ says the Lord, ‘I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.” God in Psalm 91:14-15; NIV).
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6; NIV)
