5 Bible Verses about Hell

June 17, 2018 Reading Time: < 1 minute

Whether you want to believe it or not, hell is a real place. And if a person doesn’t accept the saving work of Jesus in this lifetime, there will be no escaping hell. It is eternal. And it’s not a place of parties and endless pleasures. It is filled with pain, weeping, gnashing of teeth and eternal separation from God.

Bible Verses about Hell

Hell is eternal — Matthew 25:46 (NIV)

“Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

There is punishment in hell — 2 Thessalonians 1:9 (NIV)

“They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might”

  • 5 Bible Verses about Faith

Weeping and Gnashing of Teeth — Matthew 13:50 (NLT)

“throwing the wicked into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Revelation 21:8 (KJV)

“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

Salvation from Hell in Christ — John 3:15-17 (NIV)

“everyone who believes may have eternal life in him. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”

There is hope! Even today, you can be saved for all of eternity from hell. Just put your trust in Jesus and His work on the cross. Learn more here.

Sickness comes from the devil; health and wholeness come from God

May 17, 2018 Reading Time: < 1 minute

Acts 10:38 (NIV)

Acts 10:38 tells us that Jesus “went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.” (NIV)

Don’t believe the lie that God sends sickness to teach you a lesson, make you patient or make you more holy.

Nowhere in the gospels did Jesus do that. Do you think every person whom He healed had it all together? That they never argued with their wife? That they never lost their temper? Of course not. They were humans just like us; with faults and failures.

  • Bible Verses about Healing
  • God forgives sins. God heals diseases. God gives eternal life

The Bible clearly tells us that Jesus healed ALL. Not the ones who were patient enough, smart enough or good enough. He healed all who were willing to receive from Him. Are you willing to receive your miracle from Him? He wants to heal you.
