God gives gladly and God gives abundantly. That is why Jesus, who became man, also says, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10; NIV)
You belong to Jesus
In Jesus, there is no darkness, no lack, no sickness. In Jesus, life is pure. In Jesus life is the way God always wanted it. Perfect, beautiful and without any demonic darkness. And as a Jesus-believer, you belong to Jesus. You have communion with Jesus in a supernatural way. Jesus Himself expresses it as follows: “… you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” (Jesus in John 14:20; NIV)
Now and forever connected with Jesus
Whatever you are currently experiencing with pain or grief or lack or affliction, see yourself connected with the absolutely perfect Jesus. Because that’s what you are. There is nothing left between you as a Jesus-believer and Jesus. “God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:9; NIV) In another translation: “God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says, and he has invited you into partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:9; NLT)
Your connection with Jesus is not somewhere in an unknown future, but from the moment you believe and accept Jesus as your Savior, you are in your true self, your spirit, a new creation and connected with Jesus.
This is part of your identity as a believer of Jesus: “In this world we are like Jesus.” (1 John 4:17; NIV) Or in another translation: “because as he is, so are we in this world.” (1 John 4:17; KJV)
