Psalm 23:2-3 says: “He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength.” (NLT)
God wants you to rest. He wants you to know that He is taking care of you and of whatever situation you may be facing. As you rest in Him, He will lead you to do whatever is necessary to deal with the situation; but instead of painful toil, it will be peaceful action led by the Holy Spirit.
