God is your loving heavenly Father

October 15, 2018 Reading Time: < 1 minute

Matthew 7::11 (NIV)

God is evil, makes us sick, steals our well-being and doesn’t give us any material goods… that’s what followers of man-made religion tell us about God.

But God already gave the following warning to Job’s three friends who tried to tell Job that his afflictions, which came from the devil, were brought on him by God. And God also gives this warning to the religious people in our time, who, instead of talking about God’s wonderful, beautiful, lovely being, pick up the lies from the demonic headquarters and make God sound like a bad father: “After the Lord had said these things to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Temanite, ‘I am angry with you and your two friends, because you have not spoken the truth about me, as my servant Job has.'” (God in Job 42:7; NIV)

  • Religious lies about God: He makes us sick
  • Religious lie: God tempts us to sin
  • Religious lie: God wants you to lack

God doesn’t make you sick or poor. God doesn’t fight against you; He fights for you. God is a good Father; the best father there is.

“Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!” (Jesus in Matthew 7:9-11; NIV)

Say (!) this: Help me, my Father God, that I better understand Your wonderful being and Your tremendous love for me more and more and gratefully receive it (or, of course, in your words).
