The fact that sometimes things can go badly is not the problem. The big question is: how do we deal with such moments?

Here is a wonderful Bible passage against discouragement:

“The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:28-31; NIV)

Isaiah 40:29-31; NIV

Strengthening your faith throughout the day

Write promises like this one on a piece of paper, so that you always have the biblical strengthening with you. You’re waiting at the cash register at the store? Recharge your batteries when you need strength. Because God “increases the power of the weak.”

Praise and thank God for His tremendous love with which He meets you. Don’t let anyone’s bad opinion of God change this truth about God for you.
