What have we all made promises to people and then not kept our promises. God is — thank God! — completely different. You can rely on God.
God’s words will never pass away
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.” (Jesus in Mark 13:31; NIV)
Statements about God’s nature and character in the Word of God (Bible) are not only reliable but will last forever. So, God’s love and grace for us will never change.
And of course, that also applies to all the promises that God makes in His Word (Bible). So we can always count on His help and support and His loving guidance.
