The devil speaks thoughts of desolation and hopelessness into our lives. And those who do not know the Bible and God’s glorious nature and His plans for salvation (Jeremiah 29:11) easily fall for the devil’s disinformation.
God says He wants to give you a long, happy life: “With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” (God in Psalm 91:16; NIV)
Even in old age, God gives fresh strength every day, so that you bear fruit even in your old age (Psalm 92:13-15).
