1 Corinthians 1:9 (NIV)

God did not create will-less robots. He created humans, to whom He has given free will, which is also one of the qualities He has Himself. The God of the Bible is a God of freedom. God always respects our free will. He never forces us to do anything.

“God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:9; NIV)

God wants to have a relationship with you. He would like to spend time with you. But He will never force you. Only you decide. Don’t be foolish; Build your personal relationship with God more and more.

“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.” (Revelation 3:20; NIV)

What makes a good relationship?

A relationship needs conversation. And you have to spend time together. There is no one who loves you more than God. So it shouldn’t even really be a question for you whether you should spend more and more time talking to God and reading about Him in the Bible.
