We give away so much in inner peace, well-being and joy of life. We do not give it all voluntarily, but we let the devil steal it, when we pick up the thoughts he puts in our heads, which are full of anxiety, worry and doubt.
Let us think of the glorious promises of God’s care and protection, so that full-fledged zest for life is more and more in our lives:
“But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you.” (Psalm 5:11; NIV)
Imagine yourself under the protection and the provision of God. Stop with the “yes, but…” beliefs, but say an undiluted yes! to your heavenly Father, who loves you and who only gives good things to you. (Reading tip: God gives good gifts)
