2 Corinthians 5:17-18 (NIV)

Does God like me?

Why does God love us so much? We are His creation, His children. He loves us. And He only wants what’s best for us. He has brought us back through Jesus from the mire of all the lies and sins and the broken things. And given us a new life.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5:17-18; NIV)

What do we need to do?

So lean back, full of gratitude, and enjoy God’s boundless love and undeserved grace He gives us. Let’s thank Him for that. Let’s praise Him. It is so beautiful, this gift He has given us.

God has, through Jesus, reconciled us to Him forever. He does not count our sins against us anymore. No more blame.

Take advantage of this and build out your personal relationship with your loving Heavenly Father. How? Talk to Him. About everything. Thank Him.

And: rejoice (it has its God-intended reason that “gospel” is the Good News and not the Sad Message.) You may rejoice, for God has brought you back to Himself. Nothing and no one will ever push you out of the boat, God made sure.
