God is the friendliest person in the entire universe. Jesus healed anyone who wanted it. Jesus did not make a single person sick. And this Jesus tells us:
“If you really know me, you will know[a] my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.” (Jesus in John 14:7; NIV), because: “…Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father…” (Jesus in John 14:9; NIV)
If Jesus does not make anyone sick, but only heals, then God the Father does not make anyone sick either, but only heals. Really? Yes, this is what God Himself says, “… I am the Lord, who heals you.” (God in Exodus 15:26; NIV)
God is your healer, not your disease-giver. The problem is the devil; the solution is God.
If you want to know what God is like, if you want to know more about His nature, then read the accounts of Jesus, His Son (son born not through sexual intercourse, but in meaning of the same kind). God, who sent us Jesus, wants to help you comprehensively: “A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out…” (Isaiah 42:3; NIV)
