Many of the hardships, suffering and anguish in the life of Jesus-believers are due to their ignorance of their glorious identity in Jesus. The moment you have faithfully accepted Jesus as your Savior, who has reconciled you completely and forever with God, you have received the Holy Spirit.
And the Holy Spirit is God (Person of the Divine Trinity).
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” (2 Timothy 1:7; NLT)
You too will face problems and adversities and afflictions from time to time. But do not give in to the fear that devils and demons want to give you. God is for you. “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?” (Romans 8:31; NLT)
